Laying on the couch and aimlessly watching TV
Waiting for the mail to arrive to my home
Heard you're done with school
Now you're going away soon
Took your time to sort it out
You're ready to get out
It's hard to say but I know we both know
Going away is just how it goes
Can hope and wish that it'll all stay the same
But change and time will make us part our ways
I don't want you to know
I won't be back for sure
Leaving it all again
See you soon
Maybe in June
Don't wait up
Wish you luck
Laying on the couch and aimlessly watching TV
Waiting for the mail to arrive to my home
The mail already came by
There was nothing there for me
I guess I'll just hang out on my own

One of my favorite albums of all time. Turnover really hit a sound here that resonates with me deeply, and I often find myself coming back to this record and falling in love with it all over again. The drums and bass are greatly underrated on this album, creating their own unique melodies that fit within the song and create something new rather than just follow the guitars. Nothing beats the somehow joyful and somber sound of this record. Rob Carpenter
The Seams' jangly pop is full of lovely melodic twists and elegant turns-of-phrases delineating the quotidian details of love and romance. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 5, 2018
